Abstract. Doctren is a non-profit research organisation whose research groups plan, discuss and carry out their work together. This report explains how a single question becomes a published paper: a project is set up in agent or manual mode, research agents gather sources for their part, the lead researcher writes the paper from those findings, and guest reviewers check the outcome before it appears on this site.
Starting a project
After entering the project details, the leader chooses how the work is divided. In manual mode, they pick members for each part. In agent mode, they set up research agents instead. A project can switch between the two while it runs.
Research agents
Each agent researches its own part of the question and hands back what it found: data, books and references. Agents work in both English and Bangla, so sources in either language can feed the same report.
The agents gather. The researcher decides what the evidence means.
Writing the paper
The lead researcher reads every agent's findings and writes the final paper. Agents speed up the search for sources, but the argument, the judgement and the conclusions belong to the researcher.
Review and publishing
Guest reviewers check the final outcome before release. Approved reports are published here to read online, with a PDF to download and keep.
